Die Wahl der richtigen Rechtsform ist eine sehr wichtige Entscheidung für die Gründung von Organisationen und Unternehmen, die nicht leichtfertig getroffen werden sollte. Die Kriterien für die Auswahl der Rechtsform sind vielfältig. Wir laden Euch herzlich zum fünften Workshop in unserer Professionalisierungsreihe Into the Future: CommUnity im Rahmen des Projekts »In die Zukunft gedacht: CommUnity« ein.
- Wie sollen wir als Gründer:innen vorgehen?
- Wie können wir uns organisieren?
- Welche Organisationsformen gibt es?
- Welche Formen sind für welchen Zweck geeignet?
- Welche Anforderungen haben die einzelnen Strukturen?
Diesen Fragen widmen wir uns in einem Online Workshop zur Gründung von Organisationen und Unternehmen – ob kommerziell ausgerichtet oder zur Förderung eines wohltätigen Zweckes.

3. Fokus auf Vereinsgründung (Satzung, Besteuerung und Gründungsprozess)
4. Fokus auf Unternehmensgründung

Referent:
Arinze Odenigbo ist Rechtsanwalt, Gründer und Vater.
Er hat mehrere Start-ups und Gründerteams beim Aufbau von Geschäftsprozessen, Projekten und Partnerschaften unterstützt. Heute bietet er mit der Boutique-Kanzlei Legalside.io juristische Dienstleistungen rund um Start-ups und Organisationen an.
Oh ja, und er ist ausserdem Mitbegründer der Malzbier-Marke »Berliner Malz«.
